He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Dr. Horovitz opened his private practice in Bakersfield, CA in 2019 and he is commited to staying at the forefront of medical advancement to ensure the best outcomes for those he serves. Dr. HOROVITZ is an amazing doctor! I've read some of the other reviews and I didn't get any of the rush or rudeness that others were complaining about. Dr. Horovitz was absolutely nice and made me feel at ease. I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in my right testicle and had surgery March of 2023. And I couldn't be in better hands! I've had plenty of follow up visits with Dr. Horovits and never once had a bad experience! Also his staff is amazing and super nice everytime I've been there.
